this weekend my husband and daughter attended their first father and daughter dance at natalie's school. natalie was so excited to go. there was the getting dressed up, having a date with dad and going to see all her friends. we spent forever curling her hair which really doesn't take curl but she insisted, so of course i was game. we dressed her up and accessorized her. put on lip gloss and sparkly shoes. the princess was ready. ready for photos.the things about natalie is that, in general she is a shy girl. that is until you point a camera at her, then she turns into a complete ham. i love that! it makes for some great photos and since it probably won't last forever, i'm taking advantage of it. the photos below are not great quality (artificial light and un-trained photographer) but they show her quirky personality.
